These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GenRex.io platform (https://genrex.io), including our website, API, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

GenRex.io is an AI-powered content generation platform for creating publish-ready articles and images. Our platform uses live web research and third-party AI models to generate accurate, well-sourced content based on your prompts and parameters. The Service is accessible through our website, WordPress plugin, API, and SDK.

2. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

3. Credit System and Billing

Credits

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each generation request consumes credits based on the AI model used and the amount of processing required. Credit costs vary by operation type and are displayed before you submit a request.

Subscriptions

Paid subscription plans provide a monthly allocation of credits. Plan credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Purchased Credits

You may purchase additional credits separately. Purchased credits do not expire and are consumed only after your plan credits are exhausted.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit costs, and subscription plans. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate spam, phishing content, or malware
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit checks, or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond the provided API
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the content generated through your use of the Service, subject to the rights of any third parties and the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

Our Platform

The GenRex.io platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

6. API, SDK, and Plugin Usage

Access to our API, SDK, and plugins (including the WordPress plugin) is governed by these Terms and any additional documentation. You must keep your API keys confidential and are responsible for all activity that occurs through your keys. We reserve the right to impose or modify rate limits, usage quotas, and other restrictions on API access at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. The Service depends on third-party AI providers and infrastructure that may experience outages or degraded performance. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated content will be accurate, complete, reliable, or free from errors. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GenRex.io and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenRex.io, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

13. Dispute Resolution

We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the courts specified in the Governing Law section.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
